Holiday Inn Express & Suites Three Rivers by IHG

One of the cleanest hotels I stayed in in a very long time. The breakfast was amazing. I had well over 24 hours before I reloaded. I drop my trailer. I bobtailed in parking lots a little tight, but it isn’t undoable if you’re just a bobtail breakfast there was sausage, gravy and biscuits, omelette, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, rooms, had microwaves refrigerators

After staying here multiple times, it feels familiar and dependable. I always know I’ll get a clean room and friendly service.

Room was clean and really well maintained, Staff was really helpful as well & breakfast was amazing, I will be staying here again soon.

Our room was great. Location was great. Unfortunately the first morning we were here, the breakfast attendant was very rude. Told her the pancake machine wasn't working, she came out, messed with the bag and walked away. Didn't say a word. It still wouldn't make pancakes so at that point I opeend it and fixed it. Then another guest said it was empty and she told him it was a brand new bag, I opened it once again and sure enough, it was empty. Pictures definitely need updated. One Pic shows a hot tub, which is why we ended up booking here, went to go swimming, no hot tub. Very disappointed. Refused to even get in the pool because of how cold it is. Otherwise nice hotel

Since I have been staying at hotels in the Holiday Inn group, I have been finding the hotels clean and the staff very helpful. This one was sparkling clean! And all of the staff were very helpful. And, something I haven’t encountered in other hotels, the room had much better lighting than usual! That was nice. It seemed to have good sound insulation; I forgot to ask for a room away from the elevator, but I actually never heard any noise from it. And, the outlets and usb outlets were good; the ones in hotels seem to wear out and are very loose; I’ve started taking tape with me just so I can charge my phone! It’s not something I would ever have thought I would be reviewing and hopefully hotels will catch on and upgrade to better quality. Such a little thing but a headache when they don’t work. Really nice that they worked here! It is set back from the highway, so there isn’t noise from that. It is in a very good location for access to restaurants and grocery stores. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast due to being on a quite late schedule, so I can’t review that. It looked like a nice eating area. I hope the Holiday Inn group will keep doing well, it’s been nice to have clean and easy places to stay, with very professional staff. Thank you!

I keep choosing this hotel because it’s consistently good. Clean rooms, easy check-in, and a comfortable atmosphere make it a great choice.

We were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly and kind throughout our stay. You can tell the hotel has been recently updated. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team truly went above and beyond for me. On Sunday morning, we were rushing to check out early and, I accidentally left behind my suit rental. I had already packed in its return packaging. We called the hotel as soon as we realized, and they went up to the room, retrieved the package, and dropped it off with their outbound UPS. TY for being a life saver!

Was so very impressed with this place. The front staff were incredible the rooms were neat clean and updated. Hallways were clean and bright. The pool was beautiful and not ice cold. Loved it. No hot tub. The breakfast was just okay but they did have hot things that were nice they had coffee tea and water and hot chocolate available 24/7. Would definitely come back here again
